I don’t really feel like doing that “beauty pageant” anymore…I have a lot of other stuffs to worry about and I dont want to give it a half-strength, you know? Sorry if you sent me email asking to participate…
Some time ago on Twitter, I had the idea (jokingly) to have a beauty pageant online just for fun. People seemed to like the idea though so here we are.
The only requirements are to be female and to be at least 18 years of age.
All those who wish to participate, send a bio consisting of:
-First Name, Last Initial
-Twitter Handle
-HeadShot photograph
-Nationality
-Description of career goals
-Talents

I think to make it easier on myself, I will post the bios to my page. The top ten with the most likes will be the finalists. Finalists will then be asked to send me a video (to the gmail account) displaying:
-Wear of traditional attire
-Talent (singing, dancing, pounding yams, etc)
-Oration of how you would change a problem in the world if you had the power
I will stop accepting entries and post the bios May 20, 2012 then open the voting that night. Contestants are free to tell their friends to vote for them to be a finalist until June 1, 2012. After that, the finalists will be…finalized.
